The Obesity Medicine Association (“OMA”) hereby grants to you and/or on behalf of your entity a nonexclusive license to use the 2026 Obesity Algorithm® or 2026 Pediatric Obesity Algorithm® At-a-glance Slide Deck upon the following terms and conditions:

1. The 2026 Obesity Algorithm® and 2026 Pediatric Obesity Algorithm® At-a-glance Slide Deck are protected by federal copyright law. This copyrighted material may be accessed for public presentations, personal research, scientific research, and/or informational purposes.

2. No part of the 2026 Obesity Algorithm® or 2026 Pediatric Obesity Algorithm® At-a-glance Slide Deck may be distributed for sale, sold in any form, or referenced in any marketing program related to you or your entity with respect to the sale of any products or services.

3. You are prohibited from transferring or enabling others to copy the 2026 Obesity Algorithm® or 2026 Pediatric Obesity Algorithm® At-a-glance Slide Deck. Any user of the 2026 Obesity Algorithm® or 2026 Pediatric Obesity Algorithm® At-a-glance Slide Deck must obtain their own license agreement from the Obesity Medicine Association.

4.No modifications to the content of the 2026 Obesity Algorithm® or 2026 Pediatric Obesity Algorithm® At-a-glance Slide Deck may be made (e.g., blurring, distorting, translating, adding, deleting, rearranging, or otherwise modifying content). You may use as many or as few slides as you would like.

5. Proper and complete citation of the 2026 Obesity Algorithm® or 2026 Pediatric Obesity Algorithm® At-a-glance Slide Deck is required. Please reference any slide that you use with the following citation:

I understand that this license agreement does not cover commercial use as an additional license fee and permission applies for commercial use.
