Meghan earned a master’s degree in International Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Spanish, both from the University of Denver. Meghan has 10 years’ experience working in adult and continuing education, and joined the staff of OMA in May 2018 as the Continuing Education Program Manager.

Carly Crosby, CMP

Carly earned a bachelor’s degree in specialized studies in health and nutrition promotion from Ohio University (Athens, Ohio). She belongs to the American Society of Association Executives, the Colorado Society of Association Executives, and the Professional Convention Management Association.
Carly’s favorite activities include hiking, running, and Pilates.

Sara earned a bachelor’s degree in leisure, youth, and human services with a minor in general business concepts from the University of Northern Iowa (Cedar Falls, Iowa). She joined the staff in 2015, where she oversees day-to-day administrative tasks and provides friendly customer service. She belongs to the American Society of Association Executives and the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.

Wesleigh earned a bachelor’s degree in family studies and social work from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio). She joined the staff as the meetings coordinator in 2016. Wesleigh plans educational events and conferences, including the Fundamentals of Obesity Treatment Courses, spring Obesity Medicine Conference, and fall Overcoming Obesity Conference.
Wesleigh’s favorite activities include running, hiking, and barre.
Dana Mansell, CHCP

Dana earned a bachelor’s degree in international business and business logistics from Penn State. In 2014, she became a certified health care CPD professional (CHCP). Dana belongs to the American Society of Association Executives and the Colorado Alliance for Continuing Medical Education. She also belongs to the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions and is the medical specialty society section education committee chair.
Dana’s favorite activities include walking, hiking, snowshoeing, and swimming.
Business Development and Sales Manager

Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in health and exercise science with a concentration in sports medicine from Colorado State University (Fort Collins, Colorado). He joined the staff in 2018. Andrew oversees membership, corporate partnership, exhibit, sponsorship, and advertising sales.
Andrew’s favorite activities include archery, hiking, and grilling.

Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communication studies with a concentration in public relations from Colorado State University (Fort Collins, Colorado). She joined the staff in 2013. Rachel currently oversees marketing, membership, public relations, and online communication. She belongs to the American Society of Association Executives.
Rachel’s favorite activities include volleyball, skiing, and hiking.
Obesity Treatment Foundation Director
Hometown: Assaria, Kansas

With more than 20 years of leading non-profit growth, Sally has experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, and promoting fundamental non-profit relationships. Sally held leadership roles with Clinica Colorado, where as Executive Director she led the organization during the early start-up phase to healthy growth, and as the Director of Development at both The Action Center and The Rocky Mountain MS Center. Previously, she led the membership team at Rocky Mountain PBS and is credited with multiple successful fundraising campaigns, an increase in annual giving, and improvements in efficiencies in membership pledge campaigns. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University, and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable. Sally volunteers for a variety of local non-profits, including the Jefferson County Public Library Foundation Board of Directors, where she is the President-elect, and the Colorado Scottish Festival.

Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in biology from Wartburg College (Waverly, Iowa). She joined the CME department in 2016 as the education coordinator, where she coordinates conference and Obesity Medicine Basics speakers and helps maintain our accreditation with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
