Beth earned a bachelor’s degree in interdepartmental studies with a focus in business and health sciences from the University of Iowa. She joined the staff in 2013. Beth currently oversees exhibitor, sponsor, and advertiser relations, independent education grant submissions, and the Corporate Advisory Council. She belongs to the American Society for Association Executives.

Sara earned a bachelor’s degree in leisure, youth, and human services with a minor in general business concepts from the University of Northern Iowa (Cedar Falls, Iowa). She joined the staff in 2015, where she oversees day-to-day administrative tasks and provides friendly customer service. She belongs to the American Society of Association Executives and the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.

Wesleigh earned a bachelor’s degree in family studies and social work from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio). She joined the staff in 2016 as the meetings coordinator, where she plans the Obesity Medicine Basics courses and assists the operations manager with planning the spring and fall conferences.

Dana Mansell, CHCP
Hometown: Wilmington, Del.

Dana earned a bachelor’s degree in international business and business logistics from Penn State. In 2014, she became a certified health care CPD professional (CHCP). Dana belongs to the American Society of Association Executives and the Colorado Alliance for Continuing Medical Education. She also belongs to the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions and is the medical specialty society section education committee chair.

Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communication studies with a concentration in public relations from Colorado State University (Fort Collins, Colorado). She joined the staff in 2013. Rachel currently oversees marketing, membership, public relations, and online communication. She belongs to the American Society of Association Executives.
Rachel’s favorite activities include volleyball, yoga, hiking, and skiing.

Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in biology from Wartburg College (Waverly, Iowa). She joined the CME department in 2016 as the education coordinator, where she coordinates conference and Obesity Medicine Basics speakers and helps maintain our accreditation with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
Lauren’s favorite activities include horseback riding and hiking.
