    Claudia Randall has two decades of experience in the healthcare and non-profit industry. Equipped with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business and Electronic Commerce, catapulting organizations to top-performance by leading teams and delivering exceptional member value, inventive demand-generation, and successful events, has been at the forefront of her career for years. In her tenure with some of the nation’s largest healthcare membership organizations she has achieved record attendance numbers for conferences, built aggressive member and sponsor acquisitions and retention campaigns, and launched a plethora of educational and operational products and services that dramatically enhanced membership value. Applying her dedicated and transformative leadership style across diverse projects, and her passion for delivering member value has resulted in solid revenue growth and organizational brand elevation for many organizations.

    Carly earned a bachelor’s degree in specialized studies in health and nutrition promotion from Ohio University (Athens, Ohio). She belongs to the American Society of Association Executives and the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Denver.

    Carly’s favorite activities include hiking, running, Pilates, and kayaking.

    Sara earned a bachelor’s degree in leisure, youth, and human services with a minor in general business concepts from the University of Northern Iowa (Cedar Falls, Iowa). She joined the staff in 2015, where she oversees day-to-day administrative tasks and provides friendly customer service. She belongs to the American Society of Association Executives and the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.

    Sara’s favorite activities include walking, biking, and hiking.

    Hometown: Columbus, Ohio

    Wesleigh earned a bachelor’s degree in family studies and social work from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio). She joined the staff in 2016 as the meetings coordinator, where she plans the Obesity Medicine Basics courses and assists the operations manager with planning the spring and fall conferences.

    Wesleigh’s favorite activities include running and hiking.

    Dana earned a bachelor’s degree in international business and business logistics from Penn State. In 2014, she became a certified health care CPD professional (CHCP). Dana belongs to the American Society of Association Executives and the Colorado Alliance for Continuing Medical Education. She also belongs to the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions and is the medical specialty society section education committee chair.

    Dana’s favorite activities include walking, hiking, snowshoeing, and swimming.

    Staff Liaison: Advocacy Committee, Marketing-Communication Committee, Membership Committee, Obesity Algorithm Committee, and Organizational Outreach Committee

    Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communication studies with a concentration in public relations from Colorado State University (Fort Collins, Colorado). She joined the staff in 2013. Rachel currently oversees marketing, membership, public relations, and online communication. She belongs to the American Society of Association Executives.

    Rachel’s favorite activities include volleyball, yoga, hiking, and skiing.

    Staff Liaison: CME Content Planning Committee, CME Overview Committee, and Pediatric Committee

    Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in biology from Wartburg College (Waverly, Iowa). She joined the CME department in 2016 as the education coordinator, where she coordinates conference and Obesity Medicine Basics speakers and helps maintain our accreditation with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.

    Lauren’s favorite activities include horseback riding and hiking.
