The OMA Board and members are passionate about expanding access to healthcare for people with obesity without stigma, bias, and judgement. The OMA accomplishes this mission through educational endeavors, advocacy, and a supportive community of fellow obesity care practitioners. Partnerships with like-minded associations, community groups, health systems, and interested parties are critical to the OMA mission.
