Who May Apply for a Travel Award
Clinicians-in-training (students, interns, residents, or fellows) who have never attended a spring or fall conference hosted by the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA). (Membership with OMA is not required to apply, although the clinician-in-training membership is only $25 per year!)
Travel award recipients will receive complimentary registration to Overcoming Obesity 2017 in San Antonio, Sept. 13-17, and reimbursement of travel expenses, up to $1,000, which may be used for lodging, travel, and meals for the conference.
We are currently accepting applications from clinicians-in-training. The deadline to apply is July 3.
