Mentorship Program Sign-up

Program Requirements

  • All mentors and mentees must be current OMA members.
  • Schedule at least three meetings per year (minimum) with your mentor/mentee.
  • Mentors and mentees must actively participate in the program for a minimum of one year after your enrollment period.
  • Both participants will be asked to complete a short evaluation at the end of the initial year period.

Please note we will do our best to match you with a mentor or mentee, but it is not guaranteed and will depend on the volume of applications we receive. Please allow around four weeks for OMA staff to work on mentor/mentee pairings. You will be contacted if there are any delays in pairings or there are no current pairings in your geographic area.
